How do I submit a similar ticket near me? It doesn't give an option for Tree Limb removal from the list.

It is very frustrating that if a tree limb from a house falls on a public street or public sidewalk and doesn't get picked up, then everyone ignores it. We have very ignorant and/or irresponsible neighbors who dump illegally, never clean up after themselves, or are just being oblivious. This creates a very ugly looking street, dangerous hazards, and littered environment if the city does not step in and clean it up. Instead of closing put these tickets and waiting for the homeowner to step up, or trying in vain to teach these ignorant homeowners about their responsibilities, the city needs to clean up the mess (dead branches, litter, etc) and then afterwards stick them with a big fat fine! Just keep these sidewalks and streets clean and stop waiting on us to file a ticket for every single little thing!! If a tree branch has been sitting out there for 4 weeks, I dont understand why it takes multiple citizens to submit multiple tickets to get this taken care of???? Why not just do regular sweeps and keep it tidy!!
