Description

The apartment complex next door, the Allen House Apartments, are not maintaining a strip of land directly behind me. It is located on the south eastern portion of their property. There appears to be sheet metal on the ground and they've let weeds turn into trees that started taking over internet and power lines. My neighbor paid a landscaping company to remove a section of weeds behind her home, but as you can see from picture the weeds and trees on other side of utility pole can't be reached. The Allen House built a fence around the weeds and trash instead of cleaning them up.
