Thank you for submitting your request, the Public Space Inspections Division has inspected this location for the reported pothole. No Pothole identified at this location. However, there is an active permit at this location and it is a part of Operation Smooth Streets. Final restoration is required to be completed by permit expiration, June 15, 2015 Temporary restorations measures have been made. This request is being closed.
