Utility work was completed in the fall, as indicated by that post-- I also noticed a lot of work going on then. The city's answer in that link also says that the street will be paved "in the spring". Clearly, the city has a very flexible definition of both the 2013 street reconstruction season and Spring 2015

Not that I'm aware of. The city has a construction page they occasionally update (http://www.somervillema.gov/alerts/detours-and-construction-updates) but there are some pretty out of date items on the list. The page includes a vague promise that the city will post a list of roads scheduled for repaving but the "link to come" note has been there for at least a couple years.

Medford St is still in really bad shape between Ward St and Warren St. The potholes are getting worse and pose a danger to cyclists as well as potential vehicle damage for drivers. Is a repaving scheduled for 2018?
