Not sure why it's ok for everyone to shovel their walkways except for certain properties. We all try to do our part; but why? When you don't have the City ticketing and towing during snow emergencies and not ticketing for not shoveling sidewalks; it's a wonder anyone does anything. The City then wonders why people stop caring. I know it's Newhallville and not the Prime location New Haven wants it to be; but you can't get there unless you teach everyone how to be responsible - whether they want to be or not...
Thank God I'm moving!
