I got an update saying this issue was closed because it was scheduled, but no date was given for the scheduled pruning, so I don't think Tickets or Issues should be closed by 311 until the people reporting the issue are given an exact date for repair or service/pruning. Please keep the ticket open until the work is completed, not just scheduled to be done. When is it scheduled to be done?
