Please get DCRA inspectors to cite 901 Monroe Street llc for illegal demolition and dumping waste onto the public sidewalk. It is Christmas and the developers have not maintained their vacant lot and the sidewalks they are responsible for keeping clean. There are people working inside the fenced area that you and DCRA can cite although they are probably renting the lot from 901 Monroe Street LLC.
